👉Use spray foam insulation to help protect from the outdoor temperature shifts and to prevent mold.
👉Consider adding a mini split for a temperature controlled space.
👉Adding epoxy flooring, drywall, insulation and/or recessed lighting can improve the overall look of the space.
👉If you have a 2-car garage, consider converting only one bay.
👉If using your garage space for a home gym, invest in rubber mats that can easily be removed if you decide to convert the area back to a garage.
