The Colleen Hadden Group In Our Community: January & February

At The Colleen Hadden Group, community and small businesses mean a lot to us. Throughout the years, we have tried to think of ways to highlight small businesses and spotlight communities. With time and experience, our ideas have evolved. This year, we are excited to offer in-person, monthly events at small businesses and local attractions. With each event, we hope to bring awareness not only to that business, but to other aspects of our community that need help.

In January, we partnered with Maxwell James and Cafe Lift to offer a morning of shopping and brunch. We asked attendees to please consider donating coats and in return, they would get a discount on their purchase. We ended up getting 192 coats that were directly handed out to our community members ahead of one of the coldest weekends we have had this winter!

In February, Leona from Forget Me Knot Flowers, did an amazing flower arranging workshop at The Paper Trail. Forget Me Knot Flowers creates arrangements from flowers that were donated after events like weddings and gifts them to hospitals, assisted living facilities and others. Haddonfield On Board made a delicious cheese board for guests to snack on while between stations. In addition to making the arrangements, participants could decorate vases and create Valentine’s cards for assisted living residents.

In March, we will be at Barre 3 in Cherry Hill. In addition to that event, The Colleen Hadden Group will be assisting other local realtors in creating Empowerment Bags for women at The Unforgotten Haven

We love our community and are so thankful for these events so that we can help bring neighbors together and to also help each other, as well as those in need. We hope you can join us for future events!
