Nancy brings over 25 years of diverse real estate experience to the table. Her expertise encompasses real estate appraising, property management, and sales. Nancy's real estate career began in 1995 while she was studying at Saint Joseph’s University. She served as a property manager for one of the largest rental communities in Philadelphia. By 1997, she had earned her Pennsylvania real estate license and played an instrumental role in helping renters transition into homeowners.

Upon graduating from Saint Joseph's, Nancy accepted a position at a “Big Five” accounting firm within their Real Estate Valuation practice. While there, she earned her PA Certified General Appraiser's license. Nancy worked on engagements that allowed her to travel across the U.S. and abroad. Wanting to reduce travel to start a family, she transitioned from appraising commercial properties to residential homes in Philadelphia.

Nancy re-entered sales almost five years ago and is thoroughly enjoying it. She is licensed in both PA and NJ. Within her first year as a real estate salesperson, she closed 15 properties with gross sales of $5.7 million. In 2024, Nancy received the prestigious "Five Star: Rising Star" award, recognizing real estate agents who demonstrate exceptional customer service and professional excellence.

Nancy is known for her enthusiasm, reliability, and strong work ethic. She combines her real estate expertise with her lifelong knowledge of the South Jersey and Philadelphia area to benefit her clients and the communities she serves.
